Experiment, experiment, experiment- and throw it in the Ninja ;)
1 small banana (or 3/4 of a 'normal' sized)
1 tbls ground flaxseed
2 tbls hazelnut milk (or another milk alternative)
Dash of cinnamon
Tiny dash of sea salt
Put all ingredients in the blender. Blend and pulse. Heat a coconut oil coated pan to medium-low and pour the batter in once heated. I made one giant one... this could make about 4 pancakes.
I flopped a bit flipping my giant pancake but- it was a good dinner (or breakfast) if you ask me...
