Baked Kale Chips
1 bunch of fresh kale
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic Sea Salt
Wash and dry the kale, break apart into bite size pieces and throw in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle some olive oil in the bowl with the kale and toss around- make sure not too soak them, just enough that some oil is on all the pieces. Lay across a baking sheet (I actually used two) lined with or without parchment paper. Sprinkle the garlic sea salt over-top of all the pieces and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. You'll notice that they have started to crisp when they are done.
Allow to cool and then enjoy ;) They can of course be kept for a while (I'm guessing a week?) but we ate our batch that night with dinner...

This recipe is very adaptable as well as you can use just about whatever seasoning you wish and you could experiment with different oils too.
