Fruit & Veggie Bean-free Hummus Plate

Remember that bean free hummus? Wait... you can make hummus without chickpeas? Yes, you can. Here's how. I used the second vatiation with the plates below.



1 cup bean-free hummus, 1/2 cucumber, few carrots, small apple

Or for something lighter...

1 cup bean-free hummus & 1/2 cucumber
