I was hungry. Really hungry. Slipping into hypoglycemic mode.
This amazing snack brought me back to reality and was ridiculously tasty. A bit high in sugar but wow. Perfect.
Seed/Nut Berry Explosion:
2 tbls water
1 tbl chia seeds
1/4 cup raspberries
1/8 cup blueberries
1/4 cup walnuts
1/8 cup macadamia nuts
1/8 chocolate chips (dairy/soy free)
1/8 tsp honey
Method:
Crazy easy. Put the water in a bowl and toss the chia seeds in to soak for a minute. Add in everything else and give it a healthy stir.
Who needs ice cream? Yum. So good.
