This was a really light and satisfying breakfast. Simply delicious with blueberries on-top. Yum!
4 egg whites, organic cage-free
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tbls flaxseed
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of nutmeg
1/3 cup blueberries
Sprinkle of almond slivers
Add all of the ingredients together in a medium saucepan, mix well and and heat on medium for about 10 minutes or until the egg whites become cooked. Stir intermittently while the 'oatmeal' is cooking.
Add in the blueberries and almond slivers and there you have Primal Oatmeal.
Not bad ;) I think this will become a usual weekender meal for me.
