Pear & Oat (Flax4Life) Saute

DELICIOUS addition to a nice, big weekend brekkie ;) Or,  you could of course, have this at any point throughout the day. Or night...

You simply must try Flax4Life gluten-free products if you haven't already. I discovered them a couple of months ago and I am hooked. The best gluten-free muffin I have seen out there in regard to not just taste but natural and clean ingredients as well.

As you know, I love breakfast. And on the weekends I am known to eat a huge breakfasts. I have also been known to eat two breakfasts between the hours of 7-11AM...

Anyway, this was super easy. And wildly tasty. 

Pear & Oat (Flax4Life) Saute

1 organic pear, thinly sliced
1.5 tbls coconut oil
Dash of cinnamon
Pinch of clove
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cardamon
1/2 Flax4Life Cranberry Orange Muffin, crumbled
3 tbls water

Method:

In a small skillet, saute the pear with the spices in the coconut oil. Once the pear begins to soften, add in the muffin crumbles and water. Cover on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Pear & Oat Saute w/ Prosciutto, spinach & egg scramble 


Deliciously lovely.. 

You could use any other oat muffin/meal/granola though I recommend trying out the Flax4Life.
